These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of HSN 0810 fresh fruits including tropical, citrus, berries, stone fruits, melons and orchard varieties from our online fruit market. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

This website is owned and operated by Appily Four PVT LTD. Registered address: 22 Orchard Arcade, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell fresh fruit packs for personal consumption through this website. Natural variation in colour, ripeness, size and weight may occur due to photography, screen settings and seasonal harvest characteristics.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Fresh fruit is generally exempt from GST (0%).
• Product availability is subject to seasonal stock and harvest windows.
• Pack weights and fruit counts are approximate within industry tolerances.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must create an account with a valid email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your inbox before checkout. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed after successful payment verification or COD acceptance.
• Payment methods include prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery where available.
• COD orders may include a shipping charge as displayed at checkout (currently ₹49).
• Prepaid orders receive free shipping where stated at checkout.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at our registered office location.
