Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or quality reviews may be accepted for wrong fruit delivered, damaged or spoiled items on arrival, or significant deviation from description. Request within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographs of the fruit and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fruit consumed or stored improperly after delivery
  • Natural ripening variation within normal tolerances
  • Orders where delivery was completed to the correct address with proof of delivery

3. Refund Process

Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
